The Adventures of Madeleine

We had a great time this evening at First Friday (a local arts event)! A special bonus was that tonight the Budweiser Clydesdale horses were there and there was a small parade. Madeleine LOVED the horses.

It was difficult to get good photos of the horses with the crowd, but here's the best I could do. The photos really don't do them justice, they were very impressive.

Madeleine's first hamburger. Well, more to the point, it was first Mommy's hamburger that Madeleine confiscated for her eating pleasure.

Here are the first photos from our Memorial Day get together at the George's. We all had a great time and Madeleine enjoyed playing with the other kids that were there.

Madeleine has been fascinated with diapering lately. Not so much having her diaper changed, but making sure her "buddies" are properly diapered.

First, you lay down the diaper.

Second, you lay your buddy on the diaper.

Then, you ask Mommy to snap the diaper for you. And of course, you do this after you've wiped buddy's bottom with a wipe.

While Daddy was working hard to clean and repair our gutters, Madeleine kept busy by "driving" all around our back yard. Here are just a few pictures.
